ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! My doctor referred me to this place because I'm dealing with PTSD,and anxiety and depression .
I called on 2 different occasions when they were open, not a living soul answered the phone. There was a detailed message,including a description of everything is done via Telehealth.
I understand that,but there SHOULD be someone to take the calls for not just me as a first time patient,but others who have questions as well !!!
How can they claim they're here to help,when they don't even take time to do more personal service?

The Ohio Herbal Clinic was very easy to work with when we contacted them to see if my husband qualified for their services. He suffered from chronic back pain as a result of a fall. Dr. Simmons was very professional, asked about his medical history, and reviewed the information provided by his primary care doctor before making a recommendation. He submitted this recommendation to state after he received the documentation. We were contacted by the Pharmacy Board on the same date. I would recommend the Ohio Herbal Clinic services.

I was very impressed with how easy it was to set up an appointment online with Ohio Herbal Clinic. I was provided a YouTube information link about my upcoming visit which was very helpful. Dr. Simmons was excellent with answering all of my questions about products available and dispensaries. I received my medical card that same day. This was my first visit and it was over facetime. I wasn't sure how well it would be, but it was simple. From making the appointment, text reminders, email with all the information I needed prior to, step by step instructions on how things needed done. The Dr. was very professional and informative.

Dr. Simmons is so helpful and thorough. I suffer from lupus. I anticipate that his recommendations will have a positive impact on the management of my disease. He took the time to answer my questions to my complete satisfaction. The telemedicine option was the best for me considering my physical limitations and my desire for safety during a pandemic. I recommend that potential clients opt for the six month consultation option. The six month follow-up is inexpensive. The transfer of my medical records and documentation was a breeze. I was prepared for me appointment. He also was prepared and compassionate about listening to my symptoms and the circumstances that brought me and my doctor to consider this option. Dr. Simmons is very knowledgable, and conducts a thoughtful and thorough new patient video chat.Ohio Herbal Clinic offers an outstanding new patient experience. I went through the FAQ on the website before my appointment and was able to have my supporting medical records ready to share with the doctor. I would recommend others do the same as they will probably be needed and having them helped the process after the exam go quickly and smoothly. It was easy to book an appointment online. I went online on a Friday and was able to get an appointment for Monday. Its over the phone on a video call. The doctor was very nice and empathetic. I was able to get my medical card the same day as my visit. Everything was quick and easy to do and all my questions were answered and my concerns put to rest. I highly recommend Ohio herbal clinic. Dr. Joel Simmons is truly professional and an advocate for his patients. He worked with me and kept me up-to-date with the steps of the process and how they played out. I personally had a little trouble having medical records sent, but it was certainly not the fault of the clinic. They were excellent in my care, were constructive, positive and professional, able to make the process as painless and quick as possible and overall just treated me with respect and dignity. Dr Simmons could not have made the process any easier for me to follow . He was able to review my troubles that I suffer with daily & make an excellent recommendation for me being a first time medical patient and made the proper suggestions for starting to reduce the chronic pain in my shoulder socket & hernias as well . I would recommend Ohio Herbal Clinic to anyone that may be on the fence about making their decision , I’m sure that Dr Joel can / will explain in detail , as we are all a “case by case “ treatment plan.

The staff and doctor were very professional and compassionate. I was there for about an hour and made sure to bring plenty of paperwork to make the process easier. Dr. Simmons went over the proper uses and laws that would keep me law abiding during the later portion of the visit. I highly recommend obtaining your recommendation here (call ahead of time to make sure your condition is on the list of approved conditions to be treated with medical cannabis.)

Easily scheduled a same day appointment Jan 18, 2019. The staff and doctor were able to answer all of my questions. The process was very efficient and the doctor courteous. They were very friendly & courteous right from the start. I only waited a few minutes before going back to a room. I might have waited 5 minutes and Dr Simmons came in. We went over my medical records which I brought with me. Then we came up with a treatment plan and I was done. I have this type of service with my PCP also. Communication with the office & Dr is great. Thanks for providing such a organized office with friendly staff!!
